This pole class is a mixed-levels class that will include students of a wide range of capabilities. It’s a great opportunity for new students to observe experienced students, and for experienced students to hone the basics! Class content will be catered to the attendees and will vary week-by-week. 

Suggested attire: Shorts and a workout top.
