All Levels Aerial Hoop (Hurricane)
with Kendra (sub for Jane)

This class is for aerial hoop dancers of all levels, from intro to advanced. We will condition the basics, peer teach, and work everyone towards advanced mounts, leg hangs, balance exercises, top bar and spanset poses, and fun new moves every week. Each class will be catered to the skill levels of those in attendance. Please only execute the moves you are taught, some students are ready for more difficult poses - let them be your inspiration! Ages 12+ only.
