Elegance. Fluidity. Sensuality. You know you look like a million bucks in those heels - this class will teach you how to MOVE in those heels! In this class, you will learn beginner-level pole sequences that will help you build strength and stamina in your heels and get you into your flow.
Prerequisites: We highly recommend at least 3-4 Intro/Beginner or Bombshell & Booty classes before attending this one.
Attire: Pleaser or Hella Heels or similar only OR barefoot with socks and leg warmers. Knee pads are recommended.
