This class is for new and new-ish students to pole dancing. We will review basic static spins, choreography/flow, and start training the building blocks for climbs, pole sits, split grip, and more. Students may attend this class and Beginner Pole 2 interchangeably, but Beginner Pole 2 will focus on more advanced beginner skills.
Recommended attire: yoga shorts (the shorter, the better for grip purposes) and a sports bra or athletic top.
