This class is for pole dancers who are further along their pole journey. In Beginner 2, you will learn climbs, pole sits, crucifix, reverse grab, and more! We’ll also work on choreography and help build your strength for inverts. This class will be more advanced than Beginner Pole 1, but students are welcome to attend either one (or both).
Recommended attire: yoga shorts (the shorter, the better for grip purposes) and a sports bra or athletic top.
