The Art of Seduction (St. George)

Seduction is the art of drawing others into your intimate space; sensuality is a personal exploration of the entire feminine range of physicality. Both require self-awareness, confidence, intention, and full acceptance of the entire self as a being of sensual, spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical nature.

This class will help you connect with your own sensuality and seduction by rotating between chair dance, burlesque, and floor work to teach you flow and sensual movements. You will learn a short routine of seductive choreography that will improve your confidence, fluidity, strength, and endurance. 

Knee pads are recommended, heels encouraged, but not required.
