Ready to compliment your training with some fun tricks? Join this workshop to dive deep into the world of pole stands! You'll learn positioning and technique for a variety of pole and floor- based handstands, elbow stands, and shoulder stands and learn how to incorporate them into fluid, seamless transitions on the pole.
Expect to build muscle, balance, and composure while learning these skills. There are no prerequisites for this class, however student who have learned Jasmine on the pole and can do 3-5 full body pushups will be most successful.
